They answered my query as to whether the hearing aid batteries I wished to order were the same type / size as my present ones. I then purchased them and had excellent value.(However I asked my question using email after the "Talk to us" online system had been difficult to use. Registering first and giving quite a lot of personal information which I didn't even complete I thought it too fussy.) Immediate delivery and good service.
