Not Hearing Directs fault but the item I ordered ( a telephone ring amplifier] was stated as being suitable for BT telephones but after good service by Hearing Direct the item was not suitable for my BT phone ,I was able to return the item an have been refunded,
I would without doubt if needed use Hearing Direct again after the good service I had.
