I ordered a low price in the ear aid (HD190), but decided to return it as it was good, but not quite what I was after. The returns process was as promised: seamless and efficient. I ordered a pair of a slightly higher spec (HD250), which were much better. Great product at the price ... maybe next time I will up the spec, but, for now, I am happy ...well ... before my 10 year old used to plug into the XBox and leave me in relative peace .... NOW I can hear that the "peace" actually sounds like World War Three !!!!
