Firstly; I was taken by surprise by the immediate delivery process - hours after the order was placed not overnight or the next couple of days !! The product was exactly as specified and the installation was very easy. The acid test will be when Mother-in-Law starts to use it in a couple of weeks time. The only down side we have seen is loading the Phonebook; this has to be done separately at the base station and at each wireless linked Handset. It would be nice if, like other systems, loading the base station automatically either loads the handsets or can be transferred on request. Its just more work than should be needed.
