I always buy my hearing aid batteries here. They are prompt in shipping orders and offer a helpful, personal service. Once, just before a 2 month trip, I realised I was nearly out of my stock but in my haste, ordered the wrong type of batteries. I phoned to explain what had happened and the fact that I had to leave two days later. They took my word for it, immediately sent the correct batteries at no extra charge while I posted back the wrong ones the same day. That's what I call excellent customer service - going the extra mile.
