Very helpful People. They agreed to look at audiogram before I ordered and gave a very frank opinion of the possible limitations but said it was worth a try under the money back guarantee. Then they were helpful about not delivering whilst I was away. As soon as I tried the hearing aids they were much better than my existing NHS ones. It took a little fiddling to select the correct tips but that was soon done. There have been no problems at all and after a few weeks I am still really pleased with them. If anyone thinks it is too good to be true at the price then I can tell tem it is'nt. I am very happy with the hearing aids and with Hearing Direct. Thank you.
