I ordered two sets of hearing aid batteries, however I used the UK website for the order and figured I would not receive them in the US. I tried to cancel the order but was not successful. I placed another order using the US website. I received both orders and Hearing Direct customer service refunded the cost of the UK order and allowed me to return the order for which I was very pleased.
