Hearing direct were really splendid
I bought a phone set which was delivered quickly, worked well, was good quality, and with which the recipients were delighted
A few days later the item was reduced in a sale and Hearing Direct refunded me the difference
I was very touched by this and having already used them once before would certainly use them again
