Very happy with the mobile phones, easy to use & good for users with hearing difficulties. However on the description on the website it did mention the phones had a charging base, when the phones arrived it became apparent this is an extra. We emailed asking about the base as we can't locate it on the website... still waiting a response. The base will make using/charging the mobile in the home much easier for elderly usesrs.
