Prompt service & good prices. I've dealt with Hearing Direct (not always with the same branch) for hearing aid batteries & other accessories & am well satisfied. I don't know if they could be of any help to me when the day comes I'll need to replace my hearing aid, though, which would include a hearing test. I haven't traced a branch near me.
