I had no doubt that I wouldn't be happy with this item as I've been using an ordinary neck loop for listening to TV as I prefer these to headphones and other tv devices I've tried them all!! As programme makers don't seem to have a clue about keeping volume levels on an even keel, sometimes the ordinary neck loop isn't loud enough ( even with my hearing aid on Max) but this one is excellent as I can increase the volume to suit as and when needed. Also the sound quality is excellent! Of course there's also the bonus of telephone usage and listening to music! This is very good all round comfortable gadget for the hearing impaired!
