Poor quality product installed after a directors recommendation. Shoddy workmanship. Installed the oil
Filter the wrong way round. Damaged plastering in my hallway. Left electrics that are dangerous. Boiler leaked after install. Heating controls didn’t work. After the first year Service the engineer stated that the flue was not connected properly and was dangerous. Not interested that the boiler breaks down every year and have basically told me it’s now my problem with the manufacturer.
