Really impressed. No, really really impressed. My boiler gave up the ghost in the middle of the night, not good. A freezing cold house, with 2 young children = total disaster. Booked my installation online (after reading reviews!!), new boiler installed 2 days later. Alan the enginner was on time, polite and very tidy in his work.
For anyone who is considering buying a new boiler 'online', stop considering now. It saved me time, money and childrens tears!!
