After being given the run around by another installer about where my boiler ‘had to go’ and not where we wanted it to go I contacted heatable on the recommendation of a neighbour. Adam at the office confirmed it was possible with some additional parts for the flue (which were included in the screen price) and asked to complete their online picture survey so an engineer in the office would be able to review the job before the install day. They said the installer for my area ‘Eric’ was the man for the job and the install would take one day to complete. A little dubious, I booked the install for two days later.. Eirc arrived in the morning and we ran through the job. ‘Not a problem’ he said, very positive attitude and a hard worker, a bit of a Maverick, not afraid to push boundary’s if he thinks it’s necessary – he’s not a criminal – but he will, perhaps, travel at 80 miles an hour on the motorway if, for example he wants to get somewhere quickly. Anything to get the job done on time, neatly and without fuss.
