It was during a particularly somber patch of a Coldplay album when my old boiler broke down. Needless to say, my own breakdown wasn't far behind. Having already bought an old, large and costly to heat house, a broken boiler was the last thing we needed. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Heatable and got myself an online quote in seconds. At this point I wasn't yet convinced but to my surprise, I was called almost instantly by the high spirited Ben at Heatable who was able to confirm the quote I saw online and arrange the installation of my new boiler just two days later - at my request. The engineers arrived at 8:30am on the dot as previously agreed and had our new boiler fitted in a matter of hours. Apart from a brand new working combi boiler on the wall and a renewed sense of optimism they left in their wake, you would have never have known they had been in the house. For now, life resumes along with my Coldplay album. Albeit a much warmer experience. A 5 star experience at the very least.
