For those who are concerned about buying a boiler over the internet, like me (originally), you shouldnt be. Here is what happened for me; GETTING QUOTES You go through some online questions and get a good choice of different boilers and options BUYING AND PAYING You pick a specific installation date from the available dates. I used finance to pay for my boiler and used a buy now pay later option. They sent me a link to complete a finance application which was really easy. INSTALLATION My installer (John), turned up at the crack of dawn with the boiler and smart controller that I had chosen online. The installation took about 5 hours. John was very tidy in his work and profressional in his approach. He looked after his workspace very well. Once the boiler was up and running John talked me through its operation and walked me through the heating controls. I really couldnt be happier with the service of both John and Heatable.
