I literally spent 3 weeks researching various companies and considering my options (typically worrier haha). I contcated and booked 5 local companies to quote for my new boiler (i was converting from an old back boiler system so it was quite a big job and thought it was best to get multiple quotes). I also looked at multiple websites online (some better than others). All of my prices varied quite a lot. After too'ing and throwing I decided to go with Heatable. I spoke to them on the phone before proceeding just to make sure there would be no hidden costs of fees that they would perhaps be sneaky with. They reassured me that once I had my price online and I had answered my questions correctly, that the priuce would not budge. I booked my installation online and chose to pay with interest free credit which was usefull. The installer called me at 7pm on the night before to let me reassure me that he would be here first thing in the morning to get on with the job which I thought was a nice touch. John and Alex arrived and bang on 8am (I had a cup of tea waiting!!!). As i was havcing a back boiler removed, the job was quite big so all in all it took two days to get complete. John and Alex both worked until it was dark on both days and made sure everything was perfect for me, they really treated it like it was there home. Dust sheets everywhere, protective footwear etc. I can't tell you how impressed I was with the way they handled everything. My home gets warm and toasty so much faster now, hopefully my bills will be a lot lower too. Even thoguh it was a big job and there were some complications, Heatable stuck to their price and promise. Nothing was too much trouble. If you live in the doncaster area, make sure you ask for John and Alex his apprentice, they were fabulous. Thanks.
