My 20 odd year old boiler gave up the ghost prior to xmas, not great timing at all as I had family coming to stay over. Luckily its not been the coldest winter, but the house still felt FREEEEZZZZZINGGGG!! I didn't have time to get quotes from anyone else so I don't know if the pruce I paid online was competitive or not, but I ended up getting interest free credit anyway, so I can pay the boiler off in smaller payments with no interest on top. I confirmed by order on xmas eve, and booked installation for yesterday (27th December). As promised the installer (Chris and Dave (his apprecntice) called me the night before to confirm their arrival and turned up first thing in the morning yesterday. They had the old boiler off the wall within an hour or so, and I was up and running my new one within about 6 hours. I was expecting a tonne of problems and complications but it all went great and very smoothly. Would highly reccommend Chris, Dave ans Sam at the office in Heatable, he was great. Thanks again.
