I recently had a new boiler installed by heatable engineer Ben. I absolutely couldn't reccomend this company enough. Great experiance from start to finish. Firstly as first time property owner I had no idea about what kind of boiler I needed- the guys in the office were great; they talked me through my options, explained im detail the differences in function, warranty and price. I felt they give me completely honest and useful advice and ensured I got the best price for what I needed. The process of booking an engineer to come was easy- they were very flexible with availibilty and the engineer was here within a week of my initial enquiry! On the day- Ben arrived, charming character and all round good guy! He explained what he would be doing, worked like a trooper, he was very curtious in my home and cleaned up afterwards -to a standard even my mum would accept! The result - a shiny new Boiler, works perfectly, installed with precision- I've never seen pipework so neat! Ben even gave me an in depth tutorial on how to work new digital thermostat. Thoroughly reccomend you to use this company - especially to those needing any guidance or advice. A massive thankyou guys!
