Fantastic Value & Professional We had multiple surveys & quotes to replace our aged conventional boiler with a new combi boiler from several companies. The quotes ranged from £3900 to £5200. We then stumbled across Heatable and are so pleased we did since they provided the optimum system and price. We paid under the £3900 quoted by A.N.Other and for a far superior boiler. The online ordering process is simple, giving you a fixed price for your new installation, just what you need. We opted to pay outright by card, but finance is available if required. Our old boiler was 32 years old (we inherited it when we bought the house) and although it was still working, it was struggling to keep the house warm and may not have seen another winter through, it needed changing. The online booking process offers you installation slots just a couple of days away, although we opted for one about a fortnight later. On the day of the install, Matthew the engineer arrived at 0800 as previously notified and set about the installation. Nothing was too much trouble, his work is very neat and he tidied up any mess or packaging when he had finished. As our installation was also a relocation of the boiler from a bedroom to the utility room (approx 9 metres away), the installation took 2 days. We never expected it to be completed in a day. On day 2 Matthew arrived at 0730 and started to remove the old system and connect up the new system to some existing pipework. The new boiler was then commissioned and has been working flawlessly ever since. We chose the Viessmann Vitodens 100-W 35kW model and it’s performing perfectly. The day after the install we had a visit from their QC who checked the operation of the system, measured the pH value of the heating system water and checked the flue emissions. All Good! He also made sure we knew how to use the new wireless controls. They register your warranty for you and inform your local building authority of the installation. We have received our 10 year warranty registration certificate from Viessmann.
