Hi, We’re very pleased with the boiler and the service you provided. Dan, the installer engineer, was very efficient, hard working and also very pleasant. I was very sceptical about doing things online and paying up front but this proved to be an unnecessary worry. I would highly recommend Heatable. The only hiccup of the day was as follows. Dan rang first thing explaining that he had to collect all the parts from Tamworth, so he would be running approximately an hour and a half late. Approximately an hour and fifteen minutes later, the parts supplier delivered them themselves. I then contacted Dan to inform him the parts had arrived here and he had just arrived at the suppliers depot. We then waited approximately half an hour for Dan to arrive. He apologised for the mix up but of course it wasn’t his fault as the supplier hadn’t informed him that they were delivering directly to our house.
