I was treated exceedingly well at all stages of applying for the loan through to having my new boiler installed. I had my order confirmed, the finance organised and the boiler installed all within the space of less than a week! I'm still reeling at the speed it all happened! The conduct of all of you is in marked contrast to another company with whom I contracted to have a heat/air exchange system last year. They kept stringing me along month after month, and when I finally lost patience and complained they blocked my telephone calls!
