Very easy process. Ordered the boiler and work, sent the photos and then Heatable contacted me to confirm everything was in order. The day before they sent a photo of the fitter and told us the time of arrival. The boiler was fitted with minimal mess. Aftercare was also very good as I was contacted the day after to ensure I was satisfied with the work. We are very happy with the work and very happy with the boiler. So glad I found this company to fit the boiler for us!
