An old combi boiler failed at my tenanted property, some 240 miles away in Kent. A local engineer, used by the letting agency quoted £2.5 k including VAT, with limited availability to actually do the job. I found these guys on line, and got a quote for £1.8k after answering a few questions, with next day availability for fitting. Got my tenants to upload some pictures of the exisiting boiler set up, the engineer called the previous day to introduce himself, then that was it. Tenants were very happy with the installer. Fantastic value and service!
