It was really easy contacting and dealing with Heatable. The gas engineer was knowledgeable, punctual and professional, he was also prepared to deal with the issues that came from our particular flat (which were many). He was also friendly and answered all our questions. I would very much recommend Heatable as the whole process was very easy and I felt like I didn't have to do much in terms of arranging things and could trust the company.
