I am very happy with my new gas boiler and especially with the engineer. Not only did he came a day early to check that I had ordered the correct type of boiler (which I hadn't!) he managed to get the right product delivered on Friday morning. It also turned out that I had a gas leak, something I had not noticed. As the pipe that was originally fitted by the House builder Wimpey was steel without any protection, it had corroded so badly that a new line had to be installed. Heatable and the engineer have been such a great help and not only fitted the boiler but also the new line. It took all much longer than originally planned for, but the engineer stayed on and sorted all of it. able has delivered such a great customer service that if you do need a new boiler, you can't go wrong with Heatable.
