As with any "unknown"(to us)company there is always a slight concern,"having had a system installed years ago and a bad experience!"However our fears were unfounded,we were kept informed by Heatable and our questions answered all the way through! We would strongly recommend them to family or friends!Our install was finished in one day, even though the boiler was moved from the kitchen into our loft. Andy & Ash our installers were very helpful and cleaned up at the end and showed us how the controls work. Despite my initial fears a painless experience,makes a very pleasant change to deal with a company that does what says! Thanks again.
