Recently had one of your Viessmann Combi boilers installed and I must say the whole process was extremely easy and fluid. The website is easy to understand and even selecting an installation date to our preference was a great help, as we could pick a day that suited us which is not normally an option with some suppliers. We had to change the date for personal reasons but a quick call and it was easily changed without any fuss at all. Lee, our installer, arrived early and was an excellent plumber, explaining everything that he was doing as he went along. He made sure that the job with the pipe work was as tidy and minimally intrusive as he could, always working clean and tidy, taking parts away as he worked. He is extremely good at his job and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. We also liked the new thermostat controller which makes things very easy to control. All in all a great service from everybody and we would highly recommend heatable to all.
