Complete process from selecting Boiler to installation was very easy. Installation was done suit our requirements, the engineer was meticulous in fitting and testing the unit, much better installation than my last boiler. Set everything up, gave clear instructions on how to operate the system left the work area tidier than he found it. Having had numerous problems with our previous boiler, both in and out of the 3 year warranty, the 10 year manufacturers warranty was key to our selection. The calls from the office before and after installation was appreciated. Overall very pleased with the service and product supplied
