The whole process is easy, they did everything that was promised as well as helping us when we realised we didn’t actually have an existing combi boiler but Sam at Heatable explained our options which was great and our installer was prompt, polite and did the job cleanly and efficiently explaining everything to us- can’t recommend enough- we now have a great new boiler which was ordered, installed within a couple of days at a great price-wish everything else was this easy online! Keep up the good work guys!
