Very easy to use application process, kept informed of installation date etc, initial installer unable to attend but substutite sent out the same day. All work carried out cleanly, tidily and efficiently. All operations of boiler, thermosat, timer etc explained clearly and whole process took a couple of days to arrange (at a suitable time for us - could have got it faster if we had wanted to) and installation only took just over 3 hours. Would recommend company without a second thought
