What a great experience. Order my boiler after filling in questionnaire and being given options to which boiler would suit my needs. Choose my boiler and was given a time and date for insulation. Had a phone call the next day to confirm. I was informed with the name or the service engineer and what time he would arrive. Turned up on time on the day and did a wonderful install. Cannot praise this company highly enough.
