Good initial service, but faulty product. Request for replacement was handled well by dedicated service agent who provided contact details and contact telephone number. Replacement took 3 days longer than quoted, but did turn up. No additional charges were levied and collection of faulty product was arranged very quickly. I would use this company again and would recommend them.
