Poor service from beginning to end, order taken, money taken but no sign of the heaters after several days. Contacted customer service who said there was a problem with deliveries from the supplier. It was over 2 weeks before they finally arrived after I requested that the order was cancelled and my money returned. The final straw is that now one of them has stopped working and no one has answered my email. Personally I wouldn't use them again and certainly wouldn't recommend anyone else does
