Due to me ordering just before the Christmas period the delivery took a couple of days longer than expected, however when I contacted Sarah at Heaters UK to ask when it would be delivered, she investigated for me responded back to me very quickly and the unit was delivered on the day Sarah said it would, a very good customer service experience.
