I have had the helmet for a year now and was very happy with it- but two screws from the rear bracket had become loose- and I was struggling to find replacements. The customer service was quick to sort me out and provided me with spares by return of post. Advice- keep an eye on the tightness of the bracket screws and you should be fine, good gear this!
