Have put close to 10k into hellcase by now and logged in this morning to see a random account ban saying|
"Reason: 2021-10-13 UNTIL CLARIFICATION WITH SUPPORT"
I have created a ticket and am waiting. I believe after spending this amount of money things should be a little more concise with what I'm doing on my account, especially when I have items of value still on it!
Hopefully this gets resolved!
