Hi, with my print I was told that I needed original photo, I explained to them it was a present for someone, asked what they recommended I do, and they said leave it with them, and they will edit it for me, and see how it turns out, needless to say I was quite nervous about this, but turned out perfect, and everyone who has seen it loved it, and the people it was for also loved it, 5 stars all day long, highly recommended.
