I made the purchase firstly because of the very low cost and secondly because of the reviews. I thought if it was no good then I had not lost much money but also saw from the reviews that if there was an issue HelloCanvas addressed them. The print came within a few days and was perfect even though the photo was taken with a mobile phone. I was very impressed.
