I placed an order for a canvas. When it arrived i was so disappointed, it was way to dark. I contacted hellocanvas uk and was dealt with by Jennifer. There was no quible, no send us the postage etc, she simple said it would be reprinted. I received the new canvas and it was absolutely perfect. Nice to know that there are companies out there that do care for their customers. Cannot praise them enough and absolutely recommend hellocanvas uk
