Tremendous customer service including particularly good support when moving into new home. I love the fact that a company like hello internet gives you the chance to talk to real people and always available, I’ve never queued/been on hold for more than a couple of minutes before one of the helpful customer support team picks up. Very happy with my decision to move to hello internet!
