My property is located in a small village so wasnt sure how well it would work on Airbnb and as a holiday let. I thought I would give it a try as it empty a lot of the year when im not staying there. Ive been surprised as its been getting some good bookings. Helloguest have been really helpful to explain how the rentals work and advising me to get it well set up. One thing they really helped with was finding a local cleaning company as there not many in the area and I didnt know anyone. I also installed a key lockbox so guests cant get access whenever they want. Its a perfect arrangement as im now getting some income and works well whenever I want to come and stay.
