We were extremely excited about our first trip with our 6-month-old baby, having had several Airbnb experiences before. However, we are truly grateful to Veronica and her HelloGuest team for making our holiday memorable. Their service was excellent, the flat was clean and tidy, and all our questions were answered so quickly. We only had to focus on enjoying our vacation in London.
