Firstly, Helping.co.uk did not honor their promotional link "Enjoy 50% off your first clean on Helping!" and tricked first time user into trying their service at premium rate £20/hr for 3 hours (thinking you get 50% off which makes it reasonable). Second, the cleaner showed up 1 hr 15 min late. Third, when I emailed the above dis-satisfaction to Customer Service and asked Customer Service for the formal complaint procedure they simply ignored me and did not respond. At present, I am waiting for a response after contacting them via their web portal about the above 3 points.
