I have only been taking these product for a couple of weeks and have found a massive difference in the pain and movement in my body. I have osteo arthritis in my hands and feet which is very painful. Within a week of taking the oil with tumeric I felt a significant difference in my pain levels and am able to stay on my feet for longer and my finger have more movement also. The protein powder is deliscious as well and just love the nut butters too. Love these products.
