All my purchases from Hemp Foods Aust have been 100% satisfactory. I once made a call to their customer service dept because a roll on deodorant did not work, i was asked to leave a message and I didn't bother an hour or so later their customer service dept telephoned me to find out why I was calling and within a couple of days a new deodorant was shipped to me.
I have never before encountered such good customer service before.
