Hemp protein powder is my go-to way of avoiding all the brainfog from eating breakfast that I have had for years with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. So hemp protein powder...... along with some vegies and supplements - is a way of getting the nutrients I need without the heaviness and brain fog. I love it mixed with a touch of Himalayan salt and MCT oil, and sometimes some hemp seeds - YUM! It gives me a really good energy lift for my day. Or a quick meal any time.
