Oil. Adding to smoothies and porridge. Also adding to my doggo's dry food. He loves it!. Deodorant is great, nice smell. Face oil, change the pump lid, too much comes out but love the feel of it. Lip balm fantastic, actually feels like protecting, soothing and healing my lips. I am slowly changing all the chemical products I use to more health aligned and happy to support Aussie company.
