Good items but poor customer service and delivery. After paying for next working day delivery before 1pm, the items did not arrive. I left it until the end of the day before following up only to find that their office closed at 4.30 and would not be open until Monday - after the hen party. I emailed via the online contact form but never received a response. The items did arrive the next day which was good but inconvenient!
