The items I ordered were dispatched straight away and delivered sooner than I expected. The products were exactly as I expected, I would however like to see larger sizes available for the personalised gift bags. Unfortunately one item was missing from the order but as soon as I e-mailed to let them know they were apologetic and sent it out straight away without any fuss and again it was delivered very promptly. Would absolutely order from here again and recommend to others.
